Well the Championships and Open weekend has been run and won and what a huge success it was. The weather was fantastic and the racing brilliant. Congratulations to all the Southern Cross riders who rode so well throughout the weekend, you did us proud, and special thanks to Jenny Triggs for all her work making sure everyone was warmed up and motivated for their race. A special thanks must also go to Frank Shean for donating the Bonus prize money which created huge excitement to the racing, his tireless work with the skills course and for being such a great ambassador for the club.

On behalf of the committee I would like to thank everyone who donated their time before, during and after the weekend to help make it the success it was. It takes an enormous amount of work to put on this type of event and many put in long hours to make it happen so again thank you. We received some terrific feedback from both parents and riders who said they had a great time and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and smooth organization so well done everyone.

Finally I would like to thank our loyal sponsors who without their support would make it impossible to put on such a great event.

Club President
Andrew
